  • Injection peptides are short chains of amino acids administered via injection to influence specific biological functions in the body, such as muscle growth, tissue repair, and metabolic regulation.

Potential benefits include muscle growth, weight management, skin health, and tissue repair.

    Safety and Considerations

While peptides are generally considered safe when administered by qualitied healthcare professionals, some peptides are well studied medical therapies and others remain experimental. They are not interchangeable. Peptides are not “cures”, they are tools. It is important to get peptides from reliable sources with medical supervision.

    Commonly Used Peptides

    Skin: GHK-Cu

    Recovery: BPC-157, TB-500

Body Composition and Metabolism: ipamorelin, tesamorelin, and retatrutide (retatrutide is currently in Stage 3 research trials). GLP-1 medications are considered well studied medical therapies.

Contraindications for peptides include people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have active, recent, or are at risk for cancer.

Ideal candidates are adults aged 20-40 with treatment requiring 3-6 months done in cycles.

    • Naturally occurring peptides can promote or inhibit cancer development.

    • Dysregulation of their normal functions often contributes to cancer risk.

    • The insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system, particularly IGF-1, is associated with increased risks for several cancers, including colorectal, breast, and prostate cancer.

    • High levels of circulating IGF-1 can favor the survival and proliferation of damaged cells, potentially leading to malignancy.

    • The bioavailability of IGF-1 in tissues is regulated by local and systemic factors, including IGF binding proteins (IGFBPs). Dysregulation of IGF-1 signaling can occur through increased ligand production, increased IGF-1R expression, or decreased IGFBP levels that normally inhibit IGF/IGF-1R binding. This imbalance can favor the survival and proliferation of damaged cells, potentially contributing to malignant cell lineages.

Angiogenesis: Some peptides stimulate the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), which is crucial for tumor growth. For instance, peptides such as TB-500 and GHK-Cu can enhance vascular growth, potentially accelerating tumor development in individuals with existing malignancies.

  • Some injectables come as a powder in a vial. A sterile solution needs to be added to the vial to create a liquid for injection. Here are instructions on how to reconstitute vials for injection.

    Reconstitution Instructions

  • Peptides are given in cycles to prevent the development of antibodies and to maintain receptor sensitivity.

Continuous use can lead to receptor downregulation, where the body produces fewer receptors or reduces their sensitivity to the peptide signal.

This is particularly relevant for peptides that work through G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), which are subject to internalization and degradation with chronic activation. Strategic breaks allow receptor populations to recover, resensitizing the system to the peptide's effect.

This is why many experienced users report stronger responses when restarting a peptide after a 4-6 week break compared to the final weeks of a prolonged cycle.

Growth hormone secretagogues like Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 can experience diminished response after 12-16 weeks of continuous use as the pituitary gland's somatotroph cells become less responsive to GHRH and ghrelin signals.

Recommended protocol: 12-16 weeks on, followed by 4-6 weeks off, or 8-week cycles with 3-4 week breaks for year-round optimization. During the off period, natural GH production recovers, and receptor populations resensitize.

The longer DAC version of CJC-1295 may warrant slightly longer breaks (6-8 weeks) due to its extended half-life and more sustained receptor occupation. Non-DAC versions with shorter half-lives can potentially cycle more frequently with shorter breaks.

Recommended protocol for TB-500 and BPC-157: 4-8 week cycles on, 4-6 week breaks; optimize results while managing costs. The healing effects appear to persist for several weeks after discontinuation due to the structural changes (new blood vessels, improved tissue organization) that remain even after the peptide clears your system.

FAQs

The most frequently asked questions we get from our clients.

  • I am consistently networking and exploring pharmacies to find the lowest prices for clients and high-quality products. I currently work with four facilities. These facilities include DCA Pharmacy, MediVera Pharmacy, Olympia Pharmacy, and Solara Science.

  • Compounding pharmacies can be categorized into two main types:

503A Compounding Pharmacies: these pharmacies compound medications for individual patients based on a licensed healthcare provider’s prescription. They are regulated by state boards and must adhere to strict standards for quality and purity.

503B Compounding Pharmacies: these are outsourced compound medications in bulk for healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals. They must comply with FDA regulations and can only compound drugs that are FDA-approved or on the 503B bulks list.

DCA Pharmacy is a 503A compounding pharmacy.

MediVera is a 503A compounding pharmacy.

Olympia Pharmacy is a 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy.

Solara Science is a provider-only sourcing partner that offers medical professionals access to professional use products.

  • Because I do not charge a monthly fee, I opt to charge an affordable prescription fee instead. You only need to pay this fee when you order medication. Nearly all injectable medications last more than a month. In the long term, this will save you money - which is important to me because the treatments may be costly,

  • I service all states except NC and ME.

CA is so temperamental …but I am now registered with pharmacies to provide my Californian friends with services :)
