My personal philosophy is rooted in empowering others and creating an opportunity for growth from life circumstances. With a genuine and nurturing nature, combined with a professional and ambitious approach, I possess the primary skills needed in the field of mental health, aesthetics, medical oversight, and weight loss utilizing varying modalities of care.

Communication and problem-solving are part of my skill set, with proficiency in holistic patient-centered care. I enjoy interacting with diverse populations, which has allowed in-depth understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations. I promote a personalized approach to health care that advocates for effective and respectful care of all people.

I am a board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in the states of Minnesota, California, and Colorado. I am certified in addiction medicine (CARN-AP). My special training and primary focuses are psychiatry, addiction, weight loss, aesthetics, and functional medicine.

“I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world.

I may not complete this last one but I will give myself to it.

I circle around God, around the primordial tower.

I’ve been circling for thousands of years and I still don’t know:

am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song?”

— Rainer Maria Rilke
